With its signature symbol ‘moirang’ (the popular temple shaped motif) monipuri taat weavers also use motifs from the nature. Flowers, petals or leaves all are designed on the outfits without any direction from a particular designer. I visit to Tazmahal
The Tajmahal made by Emperor Shahjahan is a source of love and tranquility. The Tajmahal is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world. Over three hundred years ago the Mughal emperor Shahjahan built the Tajmahal as a tomb for his wife. Shahjahan was greatly shocked at the premature death of his wife Mumtazmahal. The Taj stands on a platform of red sand stone. It has four thin minarets at four corners. A large dome with four smaller domes around it rises from the centre. The building is made of fine white marble with inlays of coloured marble. It has eight sides and many open arches. A beautiful garden surrounds the Tajmahal. The Taj looks different at different times of the day and night. The Tajmahal is the centre of attraction to the visitors because of following three reasons: (1) It cools down the unrest mind of the tourist. (11) It consolates the dejec ted. (111) It inspires all who come to visit it. In few days ago I visit to tazmahal. In fact, the Tajmahal is the monument of griefs and joys.
I like human health
Care of the new mother and baby
A new mother needs both emotional support and practical help in the
days following childbirth. The form that this help takes and the way
that it is given varies from culture to culture, and changes with the
passage of time. The shift from home to hospital as the usual place of
birth in this century has influenced the pattern of mother-baby
interaction in at least two ways. First, woman giving birth in
unfamiliar surroundings and attended by caregivers whom they do not know
may feel inhibited, and may behave differently toward their newborn
child than they would have at home among familiar faces. Second,
inatitutional rules and policies may obstruct spontancous social
interaction between newly delivered mothers and their babies. The only justification for practices that restrict a woman's autonomy, her freedom of choice , and her access to her baby would be clear evidence that these restrictive practices do more good than harm.
Evidence concerning the possible adverse consequences of routine separation of mothers and their newborn infants in the early postnatal period accumulated during the thirty years or more during which this practice was widespread. Several controlled trials have compared the effects of institutional policies that restrict interaction between mothers and their newborn babies in the early hours after delivery with policies that encourage interaction at that time. Maternal affectionate behaviour was significantly less evident among mothers whose contact with their babies had been restricted than among mothers whose care encouraged liberal contact.
Trials have also compared standared hospital practices with attempts to encourage mother infant interaction after the immediate postnatal period. The additional interaction in these trials ranged from a small amount of caretaking in the intensive care nursery by mothers of preterm infants to full rooming-in for mothers of normal infants. The few statistically significant differences there were observed suggest that restrictive policies were associated with less affectionate maternal behaviour and more frequent feelings of incompetence and lack of confidence.
Chronic pelvic pain
Choronic pelvic pain was defined as recurrent pain at least 6 months duration, unrelated to periods, intercourse or pregnancy. The history needs to include the onset and duration of symptoms, the location and radiation of pain, factors assoclated with exacerbation and relief and the reltionship of pain to the menstrualcycle. Dysmenorrhoeamay be a separate or related symptom. Dyspareunia may include pain during intercourse, but for woman a particularly unpleasant symptomis post-coitalpain and specific enquiry should be made about this. A number of validated pain assessment measures are available for use in researchand clinical practice, the most convenientof which are the 10 cmvisual analogue scale, the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI), widely used in British pain clinics, and the McGill Short Form pain Questionnaire. The McGill questionnaire is included in the International Pelvic Pain Society's assessment form, available for downloading at www.pelvicpain.org and the BPI may be downloadedad www.mdanderson.org where detils of non- english versions may also be obtained. Patient's recall of pain symptoms over the previous month seems to be adequate and it is probably unnecessary to ask for a daily pain diary. It is important to identify eoexisting mood disturbance while it is unlikely that depression is the cause of CPP the presence of disturbed mood makes it difficult for patients to engage fully with pain management initiatives and tackle associated life style factors. The absence of laparoscopically visible pathology was not associated with a higher probability of depression. In these studies no differences in mood-related symptoms were identified in woman with CPP with and without endometriosis. Antide pressant therapy may be indicated to alleviated epression, but sertraline was not effective for relief of pelvic pain in a small but well conducted randomized trial. With regard to symtom impact, while a validated illness-specific instrumentis not currently available, enquiry about the effect of the pain on work, leisure , sleep and Sexual relation. Ships is appropriate. This can shed further light on the patient's priorities for treatment. Ageneric quality of life measure such as the SF-36 may be used for monitoring out comes but may be too cumbersome for routine clinical use.
Many woman with chronic abdominal or pelvic pain will turn out to have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as their primary problem. These patients do not have good out comes following (inappropriate) gyaecological referral and investigation. Therefore it is particularly important that a detailed history is taken of bowel symptoms. The 'Rome 11' criteria for the clinical diagnosis of IBS in those with chronic pain include at least two of:
The Beet juice
Researchers have discovered an array of compounds in beet juice that may lower blood pressure and have other health benefits. Beet juice is a source of nitrates. Though nitrates in cured and processed meat have been associated with cancer, growing evidence suggests that food's naturally rich in nitrates are actually good for you. By converting to nitric oxide in the body, nitrates in vegetables, including beets have been shown to dilate vassels, increase blood flow to tissue, reduce demand of muscles for oxygen, and inhibit blood clots. The juice is also rich in red-yellow pigments called betalains, which have potent antioxidant activity. They may, for example, help keep LDL ("bad") cholesterol from turning into the more harmful oxidized form.
